OWNERSHIP of logos designed by FuturisticLOGO: |

Upon final payment of your logo services,
FuturisticLOGO will sign over all copyright to
the materials used to develop your logo,
including the final product. Once full payment
has been received you can use your logo, and
all materials used to create your logo, for
media purposes of your choosing for an
unlimited time. |
|
|
|
Until final payment is made, FuturisticLOGO
retains all rights to any of the content and
materials used to develop your logo (as laid
out by the Copyright Laws of the United States
of America, Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act). |
|
|
|
FuturisticLOGO retains and reserves the right to use,
regardless of ownership, all content that they
have developed for display and self-promotion
intents. |
|
|
|
PAYMENT of logos designed by FuturisticLOGO: |
|
|
|
Once you complete the order form found on the
website, FuturisticLOGO will secure a retainer
fee of $75.00 USD for: |
|
|

The processing of your order
-
Time spent creating and developing your logo
and artwork, and
-
Materials used in the development of your logo
and artwork, including proprietary and
intellectual materials.
|
|
This retainer does not include the final ownership
rights to your logo or the use of your logo,
and is non-refundable. Upon final payment all
rights will be signed over to you and your
company. |
|
|
|
Once you decide on a mockup of your design
logo, FuturisticLOGO requires that 60% of the
final price be paid. |
|
|
|
Intermediary fees (fees that are required if
the scope of your project has expanded) may be
required, for a total that does not exceed one
half of the added cost. Intermediary fees are
non-refundable and do not include final
rights. Final rights to your logo will only be
released upon final payment. |
|
|
|
After final payment, FuturisticLOGO will
release to you all rights to your final
product, which you can use for an unlimited
time in all forms of media. |
|
|
|
You have the right to terminate your contract
with FuturisticLOGO at any time at no
additional cost. At this time you receive no
rights to any of the designed materials that
FuturisticLOGO has developed. FuturisticLOGO
will retain all rights and full ownership for
any work completed. |
|
|
|
The initial logo design will be presented to you
within the terms of your contract with FuturisticLOGO (3
to 10 business days depending on which package you have
chosen) after the receipt of your order and down payment. |
|
|
|
TURNAROUND |
|
|
|
Revisions to your logo design will be made
within 2 to 10 business day. This is dependant
on the type of service package that you have
chosen. |
|
|
|
Final logo design will be delivered to you
electronically within one business day after
receipt of your final payment. |
|
|
|
TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT |
|
|
|
FuturisticLOGO will not provide its clients
with a guarantee of copyright. Clients are
responsible for obtaining the Trademark of
Copyright for all material that is developed
by FuturisticLOGO. In the event that the
client fails to obtain Trademark of Copyright
FuturisticLOGO will not be liable. |

|
|
DELIVERY |
|
|
|
Delivery of the final product to the client
will be done electronically by FuturisticLOGO,
unless other specified by the client. A CD
will be sent to the client for the additional
cost of $50.00 USD to covering shipping and
packaging costs. |

|
|
SERVICE AFTER SALES |
|
|
|
Clients will receive one year of free support
that covers: |
|
|

Changes in design color
-
Changes in graphics
-
Changes to the font
|
